The annual budget to maintain this beloved area beautiful is roughly $4,500.  This includes the costs for two water pumps, electricity, water, and fertilizer for the waterfall, gazebo, and green space.

The pumps usually last three years.  Aging plants need replacement every few years and new plantings are added periodically in addition to annual flowers.
